Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training - Level 2 - Vitality and Stress
Course Description

Teacher Training Level 2 is comprised of five modules. The Awareness Center is proud to offer one of the modules, Vitality and Stress, in February 2008. Teacher Training Level 2 is about the transformation and deepening of your own core capacities, character and consciousness. In this stage we will share a lot of new content in terms of information, techniques and themes, but the essence of this stage is about your establishing the ability to use your applied mind, applied intelligence and applied awareness. This is why we require at least two years of teaching experience during your mastery of the five modules of study contained in this stage. In other words, you must take AT LEAST 2 years to complete this level. This gives you the opportunity to apply the ideas, habits and techniques to yourself, both in your own life, and to a broad range of different classes and students.

Course Dates

Feb 16–18 (Saturday - Monday) and continuing
Feb. 22-24 (Friday - Sunday), 2008

Weekend Schedule

Sadhana: 4:30am - 6:30am
Classroom study: 7:00am - 7:00pm

Classroom study includes yoga classes, lectures and Yogi Bhajan videos. There are ample breaks throughout the day.

Tuition and Enrollment

To enroll in Teacher Training, please fill a Registration Form at The Awareness Center.

Plan 1: $995
Pay in full before January 15th with cash, check or credit card.
$250 non-refundable deposit due apon registration.
Balance of $745 due by Feb. 9, 2008

Plan 2: $1,095
Pay in full after January 15th with cash, check or credit card.
$250 non-refundable deposit due apon registration.
Balance of $845 due by Feb. 9, 2008

Plan 3: $1,145
Multi-payment plan with cash, check or credit card.
$250 non-refundable deposit due by January 15, 2008
Balance of $895 in two payments of $447.50 due Feb. 1st and Feb. 15th 2008.

Full Time Students and seniors (age 55 and older) receive $100 registration discount.
