| Carolyn
(Siri Har Narayan Kaur) |

Carolyn really
just wanted the entire description of her to read “I am who
I am.” Even a quiet Aquarian rebel like her knew that wouldn’t
fly. She is a single mom of four, owns a construction business and
teaches yoga. All of this works for Siri Har Narayan because of the
spiritual path she has been on throughout her life. Kundalini yoga
is key to this balancing act. When she hits a bump in life’s
road, you will often see her not only teaching but also attending
yoga classes because she knows how helpful this form of yoga is. She
provides a safe, non-judgmental space in which each student can have
his or her own experience. |
