Beginner's Series:
Starting Wednesday, January 11th, 7:00-9:00 pm.
This six-week series is taught by Santokh Singh Khalsa, D.C. for
those who are new to Kundalini Yoga. Each week includes a set focusing
on the specifics of postures, breath work, hand positions, and a
lecture on one of the following subjects: history of Kundalini Yoga;
mantras, mudras, and breathing techniques; relaxation & stress
reduction; chakras; yogic diet; and healing. Cost: $78. Call, email

Sacred
Breathing Circle: FREE YOUR MIND
Sunday, January 29th, 2:00-4:30pm.
The Sacred Breathing Circle is a journey into the Self. This workshop
will allow you to identify and release mental, emotional and physical
blocks and bring light to areas that need healing. Experience an ancient
breathing technique, called the “Healing Breath,” that
will promote healing and regeneration on all levels.
Wahe Guru Kaur will lead you through setting an intention, a powerful
yoga set, and a guided journey - breathing through the chakra system.
She uses toning, sacred sounds, drumming, eclectic music, crystal
and Tibetan singing bowls to enhance the experience. Please come
prepared to do a short Kundalini yoga set. Cost: $30.
SADHANA
Begins Sunday, January 1st, 4:30-6:30 am.
FREE! Start the New Year off with 40 days of group sadhana.
This daily spiritual practice will consist of reading the “Jap
JI”, a short yoga set, and chanting for 62 minutes. Whether
you decide to participate for the entire 40 days or just one or
two, you are always welcome.

Hatha Flow with Barbara Fazio- Thursdays from
11:00am - 12:30 Starting January 12th.
A blend of several Hatha yoga styles
designed to cultivate strength, flexibility and breathing techniques.
Pacing is moderate and appropriate for beginners or intermediate
students.
12-Step Yoga with Guru Darshan-
Thursdays from 9:00am - 10:30am
Starting February 2nd
First half hour, inspirational readings from 12-Step literature.
Class from 9:30am-10:30am will focus on healing addictions, finding
freedom and peace. Class is for all levels. Open to people in recovery
from any addiction or anyone wanting to break old habits or patterns.

MEDITATION OF THE MONTH:
Meditation for Intuition & Opportunity
To clarify intuition and bring in solutions so you’ll know
what to do, this meditation is protective, opens the heart center
andactivates things on your horizon, making you sensitive to them.
Raise forearms up at the sides, hands in Gyan Mudra (thumb &
first finger touching), other fingers straight up near ear lobe
level, and arms as comfortable as possible and not pressed back.
With the eyes closed, repeat the mantra 3 times on one breath, inhaling
deeply and exhaling completely. To end, inhale, raise arms up to
60° with Breath of Fire. Inhale, stretch up very strongly, exhale
and vigorously shake out the arms. Then sit quietly for 5-10 minutes
afterwards and meditate on the mantra, just letting it fill you
mind. Plans may come to you. Re-create this mantric space several
times during the day and allow the mantra to reappear and bring
clarity. Each repetition is in a different tonality. Repeat for
31 minutes daily for 40 days.
