Lacto/ovo vegetarian cuisine is consciously prepared by the monks who live and work at the monastery.

The Healing Yoga Retreat will weave together Kundalini yoga, meditation, pranic healing, a Spirit-guided hike, ecstatic dance and a Sacred Breathing Circle in the pristine mountains near Idyllwild, CA. Open to all levels and abilities. Families with children are encouraged to attend.

Led by Wahe Guru Kaur, KRI-certified Kundalini teacher, intuitive pranic healer and owner of The Awareness Center.

*Sacred Breathing Circle merges the science of Kundalini Yoga with a pranic healing technique called the "Healing Breath". It is a guided journey into the Self that allows you to identify and release mental, emotional, and physical blocks and bring light to areas that need healing. It is a great way to distinguish what is stopping you in life and learn how to gently move through the blocks toward greater health, vitality and peace.

*Morning Sadhana is a traditional Kundalini group meditation practice that includes reciting the Japji (an ancient prayer known as the “Song of the Soul”), a Kundalini yoga set and 62 minutes of chanting.

*Itinerary is subject to change due to Spirit’s guidance.
